Benefits of Counselling

We all get ‘stuck’ at times due to the problems and issues we face throughout our lives.  These problems and issues cause us to feel and experience undue stress, uncertainty and confusion.  Personal counselling is very beneficial during these times as it allows you to talk through and work out ways to overcome the things that are troubling you, in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.   

By talking through your problems and issues with a qualified counsellor, you have the opportunity to gain insight, clarity, direction, and inner power to make the right decisions for yourself, so you can achieve your desired outcomes and find the happiness you’re searching for.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Regrowth Counselling Centre takes your privacy and confidentiality seriously.  This means that all information supplied by you to our counsellors will be treated as confidential and can only be released to a third party with your written consent, or in those limited cases where this release is required by law.   Regrowth is committed to upholding the Commonwealth Government’s Privacy Act 1988 in order to protect all of our clients’ personal information. 

 Operation times & cost

Personal counselling sessions are available every Thursday between 9-3pm by appointment only.  However other days and times may be available upon request.  Each session is between 45mins-1hr in length and costs $25.00 with a concession card, $35 without a concession card.  Please phone Crestmead Community Centre on 3805 1423 to organise an appointment time or ask any questions you may have regarding our service.
